ID Fitouts and Construction had been selected as a strategic partner in conjunction with the leasing team at Cushman and Wakefield to re-position the asset for future leasing and client use. The team started with bringing two suites to market by bringing half floor tenancy as well as a full floor tenancy. The vision for this space was to attract small businesses to fill the space, and to use for commercial and corporate use. The space incorporates feature lighting, spacious collaboration spaces and a personality for every room! While the work station space features light teal and monotoned shades such as black, white and greys, the entrance features brass and darker wooden finishes for example. This unique space was a joy to create and see come to life.
