ID Fitouts and Construction we’re engaged by Charter Hall to provide a refurbishment of their lobby at 6 Hassall Street Parramatta, which included the installation of bespoke joinery items, including a concierge desk, banquette seating as well as supply and installation of all fixtures and finishes.The design team at ID Fitouts and Construction ensured that all of the furniture pieces, layout and space organisation aligned to that the client visioned for the space. The project was completed over the course of 2 weeks, this was achieved by ensuring all joinery being measured and constructed prior to ID Fitouts and Construction establishing site, condensing our installation time significantly to minimise tenant disruptions.The team at Charter Hall were handed a space free of defects and in a timely fashion and have since reached out to ID Fitouts and Construction for additional works within their assets.
