We wanted to create an atmosphere within the office space that would bring out the best in each individual.
So we set out to create, design and construct a working culture that would allow each individual the best opportunities. Opportunities to dream big, to solve problems and to feel comfortable in their surroundings.
In this way, they can capitalise on their potential and most importantly, they could feel that coming into work wasn’t a forceful obligation or a chore, but an inspiring place, where people could come together to learn, collaborate, create magic in their own little unique way and continue to help build this beautiful country.

The business was inspired by a conversation over lunch. ID Fitouts and Construction Director, John Paul Saab had previously been working as a contract carpenter for a building company.
Having had one too many observations on the fitout process, the Director of the company had jokingly said, “You have 100 ideas, and if you were the boss, we’d be doing it your way”.
From that comment, an idea developed that he could not shake. Over time, he concentrated on fine-tuning his design and build techniques. He found he was able to deliver faster and unsurpassed services, without compromising on quality, by executing his vision to all aspects of the business.
John Paul Saab found his passion. It was to create spaces that focused on building productive environments and innovative new workplaces for the company and his clients. ID Fitouts and Construction became a reality.
We have now proudly employed over 20 staff whom all share the same passion and focus for the company. We have offices in Sydney and Melbourne as our team continues to grow, we endeavour always to build and sustain long-term business relationships, keeping our clients our number one priority.
The entire Team at ID Fitouts and Construction are passionate about giving back to the community.
We show this by supporting the Starlight Foundation; a charity with a mission to brighten the lives of sick children and their families. We come together as a team to attend charity events, gather donations, and most importantly spread awareness of the importance of bringing happiness is to sick children facing the pain, fear, and stress of serious illness.
ID Fitouts and Construction also enjoy giving back to the local community here in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, as we support the success and growth of the Manly Marlins Rugby Football Club all year round. Not only do we cheer the team on during every home game, but we also support their growth by being a large financial sponsor of the team and their ongoing events, activities, and gear for example.
