The infamous old Metcash building, a 3-story rundown building on Newington Road in Silverwater was completely transformed, accommodating a fully refurbished 3000sqm office with a turn-key 5000sqm Manufacturing warehouse.
The Scientific games warehouse was handed to ID Fitouts and Construction as a cold shell ready for their manufacturing systems and structures to be implemented. The office fitout was designed to accommodate 250 staff which included a casino showroom to showcase their gaming products. This large project combined with both office fitout and warehouse construction took place side by side with ID Fitouts and Construction experienced equipped team managing and constructing the project flawlessly within a 14 week turnover for the gaming GIANT.
