Undergoing a rigorous tender process ID Fitouts and Construction became the front runner selected by Servcorp. This 1500sqm construct only project was delivered in one of the most challenges circumstances yet, the global pandemic that locked down Sydney for the second time. Working within an extremely tight time frame to achieve practical completion ID Fitouts and Construction were able to successfully handover this fitout within 12 weeks. With large areas of exposed ceilings, bespoke joinery and over 78 acoustically built offices, 3 Parramatta Square was definitely one of our favourites!
