Challenged by the landlord to design and build a cost-effective spec fitout in the space of 4 weeks after the market took a turn post COVID. Curated to ensure that the design palette would appeal to a wide market audience, neutral tones and colours of greens were flooded throughout the space.
Value engineering a few inspiration images that the landlord put forward and using our own creative flair we managed to design an inspiring space that is now successfully tenanted.
